Ben began his professional career with Nadi while completing his studies at the University of Manitoba. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Landscape Architecture, with graduate research focused on integrating ecologically functioning wetlands into regional urban systems.
As Associate Urban Designer, he contributes to site visits, planning analysis, drawing review and master-plan development. His work helps translate broad community ambitions into coordinated plans, design studies and project material.
Ben is particularly interested in inclusive public spaces designed for people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities. He draws inspiration from landscapes that combine ecological function, native planting, water and intuitive movement.
