Uchenna Nnadi

As Chief Operating Officer, Uchenna oversees day-to-day operations across the group. Her work centres on improving internal systems, strengthening accountability and ensuring that multidisciplinary teams have the structure and tools required to deliver well.

As Director of Business Development, she leads strategic partnerships, client engagement and targeted growth initiatives. She works closely with clients to understand the motivations behind an opportunity and maintain clear communication as it moves from early conversation into active work.
