Maritek Bahamas needed a credible development strategy for an ecologically sensitive coastal site—one that could support an affordable subtropical resort vision while coordinating environmental, infrastructure, regulatory and investment priorities.

Let the island lead the design. The master plan takes its cues from Long Island's coastline, ecosystems, climate, culture and history, concentrating development where it can reinforce the landscape rather than overwhelm it.
