Translate a private client's ambition for an intentional eco-resort into a credible development framework—one that could support self-sufficient operations and memorable hospitality without diminishing Oroville's hilly landscape.
The move
Organize the guest experience around a curated looped pathway connecting three amenity hubs and 14 immersive zones. Each zone creates a distinct encounter with reflection, play, wellness, celebration, nature and place.
The system
Modular architecture, renewable energy, responsible water stewardship and regenerative land practices are developed alongside the resort plan. Buildings, trails, amenities and ecological systems work together rather than being designed as separate layers.
